I doubt you can get it from reputable host. Why you don't want to give new host a try? They do offer on par hosting with reputable host. They can even offer you free trial.
Your friends site you have stated is a business, and you are only willing to spend up to $5/month on hosting, and are looking for unlimited specs..? I am sure that you will find a host for this price, and I am also sure that they will have your business site on an oversold server with slow page loads and/or downtime. Hello, If you take away the unlimited from your requirements a budget of $5 isn't bad. If I was looking to host a business site I would stay away from the unlimited hosts as it's a potential risk. May I ask what type of site you are looking to host? From my experience I can honestly say that 70% of websites (static) will never use more than 1GB of bandwidth per month. Regards, Jack
