    you can use google analytics, statcounter and set them up to your site so that you will know the status of your site's traffic.

    just look in your c-panel and check in there. if you want a more detailed analysis do what everyone else says and set up an google analytics account

    In my case, I use google analytics and sitemeter.. At least you have two tool two compare.. SO far, both meters give almost the same results..
