Buying Nedd a quick MS excel job done

I am looking for somebody who can do some quick excel work for me. I have a spreadsheet that currently has around 10k lines that look like this sample:

product_id size
1 Mens - 7
1 Mens - 8.5
1 Womens - 7
1 Womens - 7.5
2 R-5
2 R-6.5
2 Womens - 7
2 Womens - 7.5
3 6
3 7
3 8
3 9


There are a total of 421 different product_ids in the spreadsheet. I would like to condense the spreadsheet down from 10K rows to 421 rows - one for each product id. I would then like all the corresponding sizes to be in one cell, separated by commas.

Here is what the above sample looks like after it has been condensed:

product_id size
1 Mens - 7,Mens - 8.5,Womens - 7,Womens - 7.5
2 R-5,R-6.5,Womens - 7,Womens - 7.5
3 6,7,8,9


I am just not sure on the necessary functions to accomplish the above, so I am banking on somebody here knowing how to do it. I would like to get this done within the next few hours. I will send you the csv and will paypal you $10 once complete.
