Nearly trippled my AS revenue

Now first of all, a large part of this success has been the Jagger update. I'm finally back on the map after being out in the cold since the early part of the year. Secondly, I took a hard, close look at how I was formatting and placing the ads on my site. I had not included any text links and the placement of some other ad units was not optimal. After making some very dramatic changes and adding a text link block, my revenue has nearly tripled. I'm very encouraged and just wanted to share the good news. There are a lot of great nuggets of wisdom out here on DP and even a crusty old curmudgeon like myself can learn some new tricks every now and then. :D

haha, not quite... but now I'm over the four figure mark for one month and it looks like this month is going to continue the trend (knock on wood).

Good deal. It's truly amazing how big a difference those little adjustments can make, and it always seems to be positive. :)

    Outstanding!

I looked at the sites in you sig. On your dipmolding site - which I just had to look at because I had no idea what dip molding is - on the articles page you could likely improbe the take by:

    1. lining the lists up with the google ads
    2. changing the google headline colour to match the colour of the other listed items
    3. make sure that the AS background is exactly the sam as the background on the page...

    Blend, blend, blend!

    $0.30 is a lot for me :)

I still wonder why the ads disappeared from my homepage...

    Hello mopacfan
Congrats on your adsense success. I know that people usually do not give too many details about such things but can I ask you how many sites you have that generate that total four figure amount?

Some people seem to have hundreds of sites and some seem to have only a few high traffic sites.
