Ok earlier i put a pizza in the oven and then went back to playing halo 3 ....

I kept smelling a smell that smelt like cookies being baked and wondered who was downstairs....

as its the middle of the night everyones in bed, i'd totally forgotten i was cooking pizza!

3 hours later i go downstairs to get a cup of tea and suddenly remeber the oven   The pizza was still cooking at 200'C and was as black as  ....

quickly took it out and threw it in the sink where it sizzled for about 5 mins and produced a huge cloud of smoke lol

let this be a lesson to you halo fans!!

haha Sounds like me only I was cooking bacon on a glass pan and went into another room to talk on the phone.
The walls had shadows of flames and the kitchen was burning. When I got it to stop, the kitchen was left black. lol

Moral of the story : if you want to play games, don't cook anything!

I do crazy stuff like this all the time just watching TV. Can't believe I am not already a crispy critter. I have caught a few pots on fire. I feel for you.

ah man you need to change to eat frozen pizza and learn how to use microwave oven instead. :p glad to hear that you are still fine and nothing valuable lost.

    Wow, that's dangerous.

Good think it wasn't more tragic.

Halo 3 is just too addicting. I can't stop playing it...constantly trying to increase my rank. I probably would have done the same exact thing.
