Hello all, I am in school right now and I am looking to get rid of my proxy groups. In all I have nearly 38,364 members, of which, 4,687 are bouncing. Below are the links and totals for each. Back a year or so ago when I was in high school and I dedicated all my time to this, I was making between $300-$500 a month. Bare in mind, these are group members, they are users who want a product... so if you are going to spam them with garbage and proxies that do not work you advertising will drop off and everything you do to promote the groups would be pointless. I have many proxy toplist sites and proxy sites I am looking to get rid of too, so if you are interested in them as well just please PM. I have negotiated with several people before and really, there is one person who owns the entire proxy group market. If you know anything about proxies, you know who that is. I am probably the 2nd largest group owner out there so if you are looking for an in into the proxy world, this is it. Price: I have a lot of money in these groups. I am not going to give them away, and I want you to understand that right now. An offer worth a couple pennies a member is not even worth my time reading. If you know proxies and see potential make me an offer, if not, do not waste my time please. As for payment, we will discuss terms - I have no problem with paypal but in this case it leaves me with no protection, as if I give you "owner" rights and then you file a dispute for "non receipt of item" I have no proof I gave you access as it is a digital item. You have some very nice groups. If you would be interested I could work out some monthly revenue sharing with you for up to a year if I sold some positions in the groups. Your 300-500 per month was that in sales of link spots in your group emails or in ad revenue. I have in the past offered proxy site owners to host there site 6-8 months while maintain there ad codes on the sites as a form of repayment to get a fair price. If your making money on selling link spots I can see how you would want a little more compensation cause most of your revenue doesn't come from ads. I would rather not. I am looking to sell the groups all at once. It would take some work and time to get these groups making good money and thats something I do not have time for right now.

I have received a couple offers and I wanted to make it clear that I am strictly looking to sell. I am not looking to split revenue for a certain period of time just looking to free up some capital.
