Nearly 2 Year Old PR4 Automotive Website

Hello. My Automotive Resources Website is now available (www.automotiveresourcesonline.com). I spent a lot of time promoting this site awhile ago and was planning to use it to help promote a number of automotive clients, but my company has moved in a different directions. If you see my present sites, you will see this site doesn't really fit, which is why I am selling

The site is a PR 4. According to MarketLeap.com, the site has 5,373 indexed pages in Yahoo, MSN, and Google (combined) and 2,098 backlinks in Yahoo, MSN, & Google (combined). The past 3 months the site has gotten around 1,000 visitors a month and has been averaged around 800 visitors a month for all of 2006.

The Google AdWords averages just about $10/month but the clicks price is very good, ranging from 25cents to $1/click and the CTR is solid. Here are the stats for the AdSense. These stats are from the first time AdSense was Added until December 30th and include about July 1st - December 31st. Nearly $60 for 6 months.

I sell sitewide navigation footer links for $10/month and usually sell 4-5 and sold 2 sitewide links on the left navigation for $180 for the year. The "year" was up this month and I did not contact the owner about renewing because I am looking to sell the site.

Selling links has been quite sporadic and usually just happens when I am selling for my other sites... I have never had problems selling links on this site, but honestly, this site has never been at all a priority, so I don't really have "proof" per say. Right now the site has 3 paid links, all which expired earlier this month.

On average, this site makes between $90 and $100/month.

Like I said, I have never really focused on this site, nor promoted it after the initial design. The site was registered in May 2005 and I have been the soul owner. It has been a PR4 for as long as I can remember. I spend maybe an hour a month going through the site to insure that everything is working and all that, but have never spent the amount of time needed to really grow this site expodentially.

The content is a mix of RSS feeds, a directory, free for all articles, and some original content that was added when the site was first promoted. Ideally I will just push the domain and give you access to the CPanel and let you grab everything you need. If the sale is dependent on moving the site over, I can help in that also.

This is a site with lots of potential and a very solid base to work from. The domain name allows for the new owner to take the site in numerous directions and build on a very solid foundation.

I have asked the bidder to make a public bid at WMT which he hasn't done yet, so feel free to bid the minimum amount. I will just have the auction listed in these two places unless it doesn't take off, then I will be forced to sell via sitepoint.
