Our entire website is community controlled, which means the owner has almost no work responsibilities other than general upkeep and accounting. This site earns money from member subscriptions, AdSense, and $225 per month from the internal static advertisements. The site earns $7,500 per month in profit, with a grand total of profit per year of around $90,000.

Our website has 119,000+ members, of which 3,500+ are paid members on an annual or lifetime subscription. Less than 25% of our paid members are on a lifetime subscription, the majority are on an annual subscription. The annual subscription is $25, while the lifetime subscription is $50.

The website has numerous Page #1 Google Rankings. 50% of it's traffic is organic from search engines. The site receives 225,000 Unique Visitors Per Month, and has had 20,000,000+ page views since August of last year.

They are selling membership, he says it himself... but still, how is the $90,000 a year calculated?

My concern is the fact that the nintendo DS is a piece of technology, and we all know how quickly those get overthrown by other pieces of technology. What assurances are there that revenue and interest will continue on the site?

 

Oh, I apologize, did not read that secondary portion, the numbers make more sense with that bit of info . Nonetheless, use escrow with the purchase..

 

Hello everyone, to answer a few questions; The revenue is from Member Subscriptions, AdSense, and Internal Advertisements. We have full revenue proof available upon request. The total earned per year in profit is around $90,000, and we have revenue proof going back a full year to prove it. We have current revenue proof for this month as well.

Regarding the Nintendo DS Technology. Nintendo DS is here to stay for a while. The new Nintendo 3DS is on it's way out, and when that comes out, the traffic/site memberships will explode even further.

if you claim you are doing 225k visitors a month how come your compete score ranks at 25k ? Do you have GA access ?
