Hi What i'd like to do is make Non Disclosure Agrement over internet. What i should do to make it legal document? What are requirements for both parties?
Mail it. You need a physical copy...just mail the NDA to them, and have them mail it back signed and dated. Voila!
You can use Adobe Acrobat to draft the NDA and make it protected to prevent modification and make the signature a "form" element and they can type their name in. It is considered an electronic signature and it's as good as their handwritten signature. It is still legally binding and etc. Make sure you print off a copy and protect the form before you send it to them for signing because you don't want them to be able to modify it before signing it.
Thank you for response mail is good way, though, im wondering about method like paypal has( to upload to them scan of ID card or driving license,) in this case it would be scan of signed NDA, Would it be enough in legal view? jmhyer123- thanks for suggestion, what about this way - I send them protected pdf, they would print it out sign manualy and create protected pdf and sent it back to me. (I want both parts to be protected ) What you think?
Mail it snail mail. The only way it'll ever hold up in a court room, should there ever be a dispute involving any substantial claim of say $10,000+. If the worst case scenario can only be a small claim of say a few thousand grand, don't bother, as no one will ever sue anyone anyway.
