    Although I've never sold a site here on DP yet, I have sold several on SP and a few other places. It's exciting to see such a large and active webmaster community!

    Anyway, the site up for sale is:

    With March Madness nearing, it's the perfect opportunity for you to make an investment and cash in! NCAA Mens Bball is a NCAA Mens Basketball News Blog. The articles are added to the blog automatically on a daily basis throughout the day.

    The site is powered by WordPress. Hosting is pretty basic. You'll need php and a mysql database. That should cover it.

    If you run any WordPress blogs on your hosting currently, you shouldn't have a problem running this site. Everything is the same besides the fact that the posts are automatic :)

    I've gotten one lead on those ads on the site since I put them up (a week ago) and I've made a total for $1.50 :)

    All the content is added from feeds. I will show my source to the winner of the auction (obviously) and they will have the option of adding new teams if needed.

    Within a few months most of the traffic to the site will come from search engines. This is great traffic! MLB News Blog runs the same script and look how many pages it has in Google:
