Selling NCAA Wallpaper Site

My site is NCAAWallpaper.com and it is an unfinished site made in Joomla, which is why I am selling so cheap. I have great AdSense spots available, so upon purchase, if you gave me your AdSense ID and Channel ID, I could get that set up right away, or ads from another network is fine, too. I have rights to all wallpapers on the site thus far, but according to Creative Commons, you can feature others work without permission even as long as you offer them for free. In the links section, I have a link exchange with all those sites and the first site, RealCollegeBasketball.com is my main site of this niche and it is new and on the rise getting over 2K unique visitors per day. I'm not selling that site, but upon purchase of NCAAWallpaper, I will give you one month of free advertising with a 125 x 125 ad that you can use whenever you want (so you can finish off the site and then use it). Another way you can earn from it is uploading the files to a place such as ShareCash.org where you can from .30-.60 per download. No earnings from it yet as I have not really monetized it and it is a new site. You get domain name (small transfer fee may apply from your host to transfer, but it does not expire until October 11, 2010), logo, current wallpapers, everything!
