This site has a neat design, especially for a wallpaper site and is on sale for just $22 BIN (no bidding). The site is NCAAWallpaper.com and has only a few wallpapers so far (mostly for Ohio State). I have not had time to add designs to this, but I have brainstormed ways you can earn from it: I have set up ad slots for Adsense, Pubcenter, or whatever and also, you can upload wallpapers to ShareCash.com and have it so when you click a thumbnail it takes you to the download there and you can earn for each download. It is made in Joomla and is VERY easy to update. Ignore the slideshow thing I have in there as the two put in for now were just tests. You will get all files, domain, logo, everything! The wallpapers up, yes I do (you will notice that for all the wallpapers, there are only 3-4 authors). Also, as all wallpaper sites go, as long as they are free, there is the Creative Commons right also which allows you to copy, share, and transmit the work ( http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/ ).
