Navigation problems

    I've setup my navbar and it is going fine, except that the navbar and the frame it is in are almost overlapping. Can anyone take a look? www.myshortgame.com.

    Try putting the contents of the "left" sidebar into a 'div' and using the CSS line --> margin-left: 10px
