I'm having a blogger.com FTP custom hosted blog, and I'm looking for solutions on how to setup the navigation / pagination in the blog. It means adding the "Older entries" / "Older posts" and respectively "Newer entries" / "Newer posts" links, which by default are available in layout blogs. I've looked into Blogger help, Google groups, specialized blogs - but no one gives a working solution. Please, anyone - could you give an advice on how to solve this. It looks that many bloggers are facing this issue, and your solution here will be very much appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.
