Navigation Bar woes

    I am trying to find an easy to implement Jquery nav effect for Drupal. I have tried Super Fish and Nice menus but both never seem to work properly. I am using Drupal 7. Anyone can point me in the direction of a nice module....

    Something likeskysports.com/ or dotagency.co.uk/. Basically a nice easy to implement navigation bar. I don't want to spend ages adding modules changing CSS etc...
