    I purchased this site around an year ago. A lot of unique content has been added but not much effort has gone into promoting this. There are a total of 66 posts on the blog.

    Assume that the site has no traffic (~ 150/month as per Analytics) and revenue.

    The site has been priced based on its potential (unique content, PR 2).

    Domain is registered at Namecheap and expires in July 2010.
