Natural Link Development

I am told that the best kind of backlinks come from when people link their (similar or related) sites to yours without a return link.

How do you get these links please?
everyone I have spoken to is prepared to do me a link but in return they ALWAYS want one back

My Current PR is 0 and my back links are 6
I needs this increasing obviously if I am to move the site forwards

insodently if anyone has any cooking or recipe sites they want to link to me from it would be appreciated

There is no doubt that niche related, one-way contextual backlinks are the best way to go.

Reciprocal link exchanges aren't very effective anymore. You can work around this by doing 3-way link exchanges, where you link to someone elses site, and in return they link to your site for ANOTHER site that they own - thus leaving no footprint for Google or the other engines to find.

Another way, and perhaps to most popular, is to purchase high PR one-way links and blog posts from sites related to your niche (shameless plug, check out my signature for these kind of services) - you can find these easily as they are regularly sold on sites like DigitalPoint, WickedFire, and Warrior forums. Of course, this option is entirely dependant on your SEO budget.

 

Do directory submission and article syndication . Join some nice posts with high PR and involve in discussions . Post your link through signature . This can help you in gaining PR .

 

I think Blog Commenting and forum posting according to your niche is more beneficial. It will give you natural link.

I have a forum and it has banners etc on the forum and in the signatures and yet it doesnt show anywhere as related, any idea why this might be as the forum is quite popular too
Its in my signature on here too but nothing so far

 

Just post unique, great content.. And don't copyright your content

You will get other website duplicating your stuff, and therefore get 1-way backlinks

i suppose i have to find a way of designing 2 new sites and swap one link to my original site then for one each from the other 2

Another way is to write and post your content to ezinearticles . There are are lots of publishers there to link back to your website by reusing that content but ezine is getting very strict after Panda Update.
