Even I got my refund today after escalating a claim to Paypal. I suggest all the members who were scammed by Jenny1985 leave a negative itrader for her/him/it.
Really glad you did. I got my money back too a couple of days ago, but I don't believe PayPal did it. I think he/she refunded voluntarily. Case in point: Even though I have escalated the dispute, I'm still waiting on PayPal to do something about two other scammers: "barrier7290" on this thread, and "comtec" from here.
Yes looks a bit less like a scam, got my refund from her/him very fast too without escalating. But I'd like to know too what happened. After all it's a bit strange letting us waiting here for a while and then refunding really quick???
omg, holiday for a week! yes, if you had told all of us here before you wouldnt have had these problems!
I think the reason for the "fuss" is you promised the completed reports in a day or two but went on a week holiday instead. What would have happened if they decided to "pop into the office"?
There would have been other staff members there I only "front" the company, The work gets done by all of us

Well, I always give people the benefit of the doubt, I was understanding and when I got the reply on the Sunday saying, "Sorry for the delay, Mega busy, Il get the report to you on monday afternoon". I thought the job was going to be done. I am more annoyed about the fact that I am trying to advance my business and I would rather know right away that the work cant be done so that I am not waiting. The cost to me is the business I have lost by not ranking better for my keywords. Not the cost that I may not get back for the service. I have sent multiple emails now and have ask for a refund via paypal now. I hope you can sort out your problems. I expect better from a UK company. No wonder we all outsource to other countries these days.

well, paypal have just refunded me most of the money (minus their fee of about a dollar) - lesson learned - won't be paying anything up-front to anyone I meet on DP ever again.
