Guys people are far to quick to label people a scammer Look in the thread and people have posted positive reviews. There had been a few delays partly due to the volume of orders and my pm's not sending. You will all receive reports over the next day or 2. Please feel free to pm me and we can chat by phone or if your in the uk you can pop into the office Jen
Jenny, can you please confirm if you received my PMs? I am eagerly waiting for my report! I am willing to wait a while, just let me know how long. Thanks
i am sorry Jen, but this is a place that you are brandished a scammer quickly and that is mainly due to the frequent occurrences. I for one have escalated this to paypal since you did not respond to PM's, I apologies if my report is on the way and I have taken too much of a drastic measure so early on.
Hi, We are UK based and interested in a cosmetics niche. When you have cleared your backlog and sorted out the teething problems, please PM me. Thanks, Whisky
I have received no email , or pms either what should i do to dispute in paypal? can you even dispute services? Did you also notice the name in paypal is "james" not jenny?
Jenny, I have pm'ed you numerous times regarding my order. Please, either complete my order or refund my money. Let me know either way but let me know soon, before I'm forced to lodge a complaint with Paypal.
Right, so we might as well presume this one's a scammer? If so, it's the first time I'm being scammed here. Should have figured... it sounded too good to be true.
Jen can you kindly PM me or respond here in the thread as to when you expect to either have my order completed or at least show me partial results to this point so I know that something is happening even? TIA
Well it looks as though we have been scammed, I paid "Jenny" and the payment come through at James Poole of www.jamespoole.org.uk this site is up for sale! I sent several emails and guess what...no response, so I opened a dispute at paypal, if enough people do the same, paypal will suspend their account. Just open the dispute as Service> none delivered, this way you stand a chance of getting your money back. Oh and by the way, they are using a syntax to find commentluv blogs in your niche and commenting.
Man, you can dispute services as long as you tell the truth and report it as none delivered...if enough dispute this scammer will be caught.
Right... for anyone from th UK in the mood for some investigation. The registrant's name, as per whois, is JustGareth.com JustGareth.com is a blog belonging to a Gareth Boyd, a 16 year-old. JamesPoole.org's address is 6 Ashbourne Manor, Antrim, Ballymena, BT42 1BF, United Kingdom. Which, coincidentally, is the physical address of http://www.boydsofireland.com So much for "I live in London, UK"
Last message I have from him/her is on 6/22 in which it says should be complete in the next day or two and no report so far. Well, this is the third time I'm getting burned and I'm pretty new to this forum. That's 3 out of six orders. I guess I need to be a lot more careful from here on. On to Paypal dispute resolution again.
pmz & geester1 - Thanks for the info about who this site member appears to actually be. Have filed a claim with Paypal to be on the safe side then, and if the OP does still come through with the service "she" sold then that can be resolved and it will be duly noted here.
