I understand and appreciate your take on this, however for years I have utilized two writers. One is from England, the other from India. The Indian's first language is Hindi. This fellow is so good that I almost never need to edit or correct any punctuation or grammar errors. So by requesting only native speakers of English you are denying yourself access to valuable talent. In my estimation the best writer we have here on DP is from Bulgaria. (ESL) By the way, my first language is French. Try and find even one of my posts, where I have made a mistake.
