Hi fellow DPers! I'm currently between gigs and am looking for some writing to do. I don't like having too much idle time! I'm a native English writer who is fast, competent, affordable, and reliable. I'm not interested in tackling any huge projects right now but can handle smaller loads. PM me to discuss if interested!
Two things wrong with that. First, as of the early 1980's American pennies have been made out of zinc with a fake copper coating. Second, the price of copper is less than half of what it was in the Spring of 2008. That said, the nickel content of American nickels has been trending higher than 5 cents in the last few years, so grabbing the nickels might even make sense.
I am not sure why you would assume that we all think and deal with U.S. currency. But doesn't the whole wide world revolve around everything to do with the good old U.S.A.? (not) P.S. Canadian pennies are made with 95% copper and 5% zinc as are pennies from other jurisdictions. The pennies cost 2.5 cents to mint are no longer in circulation, but now bring a very good price and sell easily on the market if you can acquire them and sell in bulk. P.P.S.@awundrin comes off as a very good writer. One never notices any spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors in this members posts. I would recommend this writer to all. (sorry for hijacking your thread)
Umm, thanks for the plug @Spoiltdiva. I do take pride in my writing abilities and actually enjoy doing it.
