I am building a team of writers to help me, as I have many clients, both from DP, and from other sources. Some stuff pays .008 a word, some stuff pays .02 a word, but I always seem to have consistent need for content. I know that varying rates can be a pain, but when you want work, you want work, and if one assignment is .008, the next might pay 5 cents a word. I have work ready to go right now! The only catch is I only work with native English speakers, and you can try and lie about it, but unless you write with the correct tone and cadence, it is painfully obvious. Anyone is welcome to apply, however I am having everyone write one test/sample article. I will pay you for the article, it will be 500 words, and I will pay $2.50 for the test article, after that you will earn the rates of the various assignments. I would be interested in doing this, but are we allowed to decline offers? Because of my work schedule, I am unable to write all the time and for rates that I feel are below what I deserve. Does this filtering that I do decline me an opportunity to work? Please let me know.
