Buying Native English Editor/Proofreader Needed

I'm looking for one to two native English editors/proofreaders (if English isn't your first language but you believe you have what it takes, that's fine but be forewarned...I'm a harsh critic).

Requirements

To do this you must be capable of handling:

Hard Edits (requires advanced content know how)

- Reorganizing sentences
- Improving flow
- Confirming validity
- Adding or removing content, as needed
- etc.

Soft Edits (issues that can be caught with Grammarly)

- Converting passive sentences to the active voice
- Correcting grammar, spelling, and punctuation issues
