I've got a great opportunity for a long term researcher/writer to join my team. English must be your native language.

I will pay higher rates than the standard here, but I will not tolerate grammatical errors, poor phrasing, bad writing, or slacking on research on articles. If that sounds harsh, then this is not for you!

On average, I'm looking at 150-300 word articles on topics. You may be involved in helping me find them, but mostly I will supply them. You will research them on my behalf, rewrite, and product a draft. I need around 3-4 articles a day, 5 days a week.

Style wise, see gizmodo.com for inspiration. Ideally you also have some wit, humour, and can write quirky and opinionated pieces. Only top writers with experience need apply. I also tend to need very quick delivery, usually within hours.

I will be starting pay at $2.50 for around a 200 word article, app. 4 articles a day, 5 days a week, so that's around $200 a month, but may go up to $300 with some longer features of around 500-1000 words if you're good. I'm looking for long term commitment of at least 3-6 months.

If you wish to apply, please look at tis article, and send me a rewrite of around 200 words:

Note: I will NOT respond to PMs without samples requested sent.

    Thanks!

thanx a ton for the response.
a few days back a lady got some people to do some samples and then she vanished.
so i was just trying not to be scammed.

dhirtanuj, thanks for your submission, and i think you're a pretty decent writer, but it's clear it's not your native tongue. as i pointed out i need someone who's pretty flawless in wording and prose.

    But thanks for ur submission.

The samples btw don't have to be long. I just want to see your writing ability. So just send me something around 100-200 words. I need this because I do plan to take someone on long term to work together with another writer on my team, and I'm looking for someone who will at least match her standard to assist her as she's not always available.

Due to the nature of the job, I am probably being more picky than someone who can do a 'standard rewrite'. I prob want someone based in the UK, Australia, US or Canada. i

If you don't think you can write up to the standard of say gizmodo or lifehacker, won't be interested, sorry!

also both submissions I've received were on the 1st piece, so i'll just make it all on the same piece instead of the initial choice of 3. That way, I can compare your writing skills side by side.

    thanks

Your not going to find quality writers that can write creatively and effectively, much less match styles at <.02$ a word. Just my two cents ;).

I lol'd when I saw this reply. Firstly, the 'i' should be a capital, and you've also spelt 'decent' wrong.

Thanks a ton for pointing the mistake out.
    A glaring typographical mistake.
    My bad!
