All i'm trying to say is that we are a major food producer, would you deny that? Many many countries would be effected by what we would stop exporting AND stop importing. Wouldn't you agree with me on that since we can't find any other common ground?

Well, I used the wrong term "die", suffer would be better usage, and the full effects aren't even known, there are things we would even know of till it happens. Lets just agree to disagree.
Many people want to point fingers in America, thats all. The REAL responisiblity falls on the American citizens who do nothing and let this crap happen. We are at fault.

There you go. This is so much more noble. And I agree! We ALL need to start thinking this way and instead of coming up with excuses and statistics is to start becoming responsible humans, not just Americans. HUMANS! We are not the only people who roam the earth and we certainly do not want to be the only ones left on it either.
The point is that there are no countries that depend on us food production. In some countries there is even illegal to import food from US because of gso... Don't give so much importance to yourself please. No one wants for US to go down but stating that hell will broke is just plain ignorant!

Of course. If the USA sneezes the rest of the world will get the flu, my point is we need to start preventing ourselves from shifting the burden to the rest of the world sort of speak. If we sneeze our neighbours should not fear that they will get sick. We can do this by being a little bit more isolated. Not totally, but just enough where we eliminate the domino affect while still retaining a unique identity.
