Well, I would build an own adult entertainment site (at least as affiliate for a larger network). You my try selling it for a few hundred US dollars finally, thus I would first ask for let's say $5.000 USD - but chances are low that you find someone willing to pay this price.
It wouldn't get enough traffic to make much with affiliate programs. It would be much more profitable for an actual club where a few extra customers a week will make it worth buying. I'm thinking only a club owner would be able to pay more than $100 for this. Since I live in Nashville, I can go in person and pitch the domain. Maybe I'll ask $5,000 just to see how hard they laugh
