Brendan Nash scored a half-century and shared an unbroken 87-run stand with Shivnarine Chanderpaul as the West Indies reached 229-3 at lunch on day two of the third and final cricket test. The rain-restricted match resumed on time today with the visitors at 134-2, and seam bowler Dilhara Fernando soon dismissed overnight batsman Darren Bravo for 68. Nash (55 not out) joined Chanderpaul (46 not out) to prevent further loss until lunch.

They may be doing well but the whole series is spoiled by rain.
