    just trying to see if i can get a good offer for this site.

    NarutoImages.NET is a great domain name for Naruto Images. do a google search or image search for naruto images and your get over 300,000 results.

    People can upload images, monitor an upload image and receive an email when its been commented on and vote on images.

    all images/comments must be approved before going live on the site.


    Starting BID: 30$
    BIN: 100$

    assume no traffic though somedays it does get like 10 visitors and a clic and assume no revenue.

    I wouldn't think so. I'm not sure how a picture can be copyright thats on the internet. then again i am not a lawyer.

    All content is inherently copyrighed by the creator, even if it isn't explicitly stated, unless those rights are forfeited in writing. Title 17 is very clear on this, but an argument of "Fair Use" can sometimes be exploited to defend against copyright violations. (Not likely in this case)

    That being said, since your content is user generated, the owner of the website isn't necessarily the party at fault, making prosecution for hosting "Copyrighted Images" impractical. One shouldn't fear any legal implications of hosting this site.

    Further, no company is going to sue someone who provides a free source of advertising for their products unless they were in some way causing damages to their company, such as monetary loss, for which they could sue. (Think tvlinks)

    Just my 2 cents. Nice site, I'll be watching this auction.
