If you are looking to run an anime site you should realize that any material that is copyrighted is still copyrighted no matter what the status is in the U.S. (unless in the public domain and to my knowledge naruto, naruto shippuuden, and bleach are not).
For those in doubt search the Berne Convention... sure you may not get sued but it is a risk you take running an anime site.
Heck even running a site that links to streaming copyrighted material can get you in trouble. One example is tv-links.co.uk . While I am not aware of any cases in the United States I figured some one should mention because you can always get hit with a facillitation of copyright infridgement.

Thanks for that, I agree with your statement, But most likely if you are infringing on anyones copyright they will most likely send you a warning before any court orders are issued! These companies can't really afford to file random lawsuits to every single site on the internet, it's not plausible!

Thanks, I also did some research before I started my sites as well. A good thing to add would be a disclaimer, and have users agree to it before downloading any material!
