    Not true, I still have rights to content, I sold the site incomplete without content, as of right now, that site gets no traffic!! You would have nothing to worry about.

    you will still have rights to the content even after selling this one too?

    it means that you can create another website and put the same content on it and sell it. That's not fair for new owner of the other websites!

    Lol, I had sold the site as incomplete! As I've previously stated, The buyer has never tried contacting me, obviously he hasn't requested a refund or anything, and is keeping the site!

    just a question for you. it looks like ur hosting the videos directly on your site to download. is this legal?? i always thought it wasnt. but i must say site is very good and looks like alot of effort put into it. hope u get what u want for it.

    It's blatant copyright infringement. But these sites get away with it because the company (VIZ Media) who owns the copyright is not currently actively sending out C&D orders and contacting hosting companies with DMCA threats.

    Well actually VIZ Media dosen't own the rights to "NARUTO SHIPPUDEN", Only "NARUTO", basically I don't host any Naruto episodes on the site, ONLY SHIPPUDEN!! it's a totally new series acutally!! So technically we are ok!!

    Even if VIZ was to send out a threat, we'd simply remove all files, and host remotely!
