Nanotechnology Website - Great deal for authority site

I am presenting here an authority site in the nanotechnology area that is excellent for anyone wanting to get in on this emerging field that will be around for many many years to come. The site is toxic - nanoparticles dot com without any spaces.

There are almost too many great things to mention. The only reason I am selling this is because I have a new job and need to focus my efforts there, otherwise I had plans to make this a long-term authority site.

The site is about 6 months old and is getting ready to become fully established in Google's eyes. The traffic should explode. It is #1 in Bing, Yahoo and DuckDuckGo for the term. There has been no shady backlinking done. Just some blog comments, forum posts, and backlinks from my Hubpages/Infobarrel accounts. I'll keep those backlinks in place. As well, there are currently two hand-written same quality guest articles that are waiting for approval from their respective blog owners. If those links go up then it should be an easy #1 spot.

Nanotechnology is the future. There are so many directions one could take this. From conspiracy theories (which bring boatloads of traffic) or more academic articles. The site has 650 likes on its FACEBOOK page and an associated TWITTER account that will come with the sell.

I will transfer both the domain name with the dash and without. I have put a lot of hard work into this site, and for a little down payment you can profit for years into the future. There is not much traffic at the moment because I have been focusing exclusively on content. The adsense account that it has been associated with is my personal and clean account that has never received anything negative from Google.

There are a lot of opportunities for advertisers in nano. That is only going to increase as nanoparticles become more and more prevalent. There are also some great affiliate programs that can be linked to such as for colloidal silver water machines and nanoparticle phone waterproofing.
