Hello everyone I wanted to register on DNforum or Namepros but I am not sure which one to go first. Which is best for what.

    Any comments are appreciated!

I'd pick NamePros. It has that community feel to it. And it's free, while DNForum's membership is paid.

DNForum at least use to be better for big sales (3 letter .com's for example) while namepros was good for the smaller domains. That was a couple years ago, I don't know if it still holds true.

You have to pay for posting to DNForum.
So DNForum is more professional, good for high value domains.
However Namepros has many members (like this forum)

I think DNForum is a great place to learn -- their members can be pretty cutthroat though, so I wouldn't join if you intention is strictly to sell. Namepros is a friendlier community, but membership quality really runs the gamut.

    You should join both!

Namepros for me, DNforum burnt me up after I signed up and noticed I had to pay, Namepros is where I stay!

It depends what you want to get out of your membership. They aren't the only choices either.

The paid services are always better than the free services.

Nah, I don't recommend any of these I think that you would much likely prefer namecheap.com

I like namepros, good people there.

The idea of me paying to generate content for someone else on their forum doesnt sit well with me so I avoid dnforum.

Anyone use sitepoint? it looks okay too.

Namepros, it's free & a good domain community overall. Most of the members on DNForum are Namepros members anyway

I'd say register NamePros first. Not only because it's free. But its more open for new domainers or someone who wants to learn from zero.

And if you have extra cash, register on DNForum at least take the gold plan.

You can learn something from DNForum members, and the NamePros members.

I would go with DN forum but you have to pay :(, a lot more forums to participate in but NamePros has a lot of users.

NamePros all the way. More of a community feel, great people.

DNForum is OK if you would like to sell some higher end domains, just don't believe they happen every day over there.
