    Update nameservers
in my webhosting reseller account, my sites went offline. When contacted my hosting company, they said they updated dns and told me to update the name servers at my registrar end.

    they given dns details

    ns1.mydomain.net - IP xx.xxx.xx.xx
    ns2.mydomain.net - IP xx.xxx.xx.xx

In my domain, now i changed to ns1.mydomain.net & ns2.mydomain.net
In the child name servers also, i configured as above, i.e., ns1.mydomain.com - IP xx.xxx.xx.xx
    ns2.mydomain.com - IP xx.xxx.xx.xx.

now that mydomain.net is working fine.
But my other domains which are using ns1.mydomain.net & ns2.mydomain.net are not opening. These domains are having .com extensions.
I just added nameservers, but did not do anything such as adding cname a record etc.

What exactly should i do at my registrar interface? I have a domain reseller account and some domains are there. (registrar directi international)

I have activated the free dns service in my doamain reseller account.

    wins

Since ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com IPs are changed, you should wait upto 24hrs for the NS to propagate.
