    Confirm DNS Setting

    Use this section to:

Verify your DNS settings, which must be updated in order to complete the setup of your fully-branded email service.

Check the current DNS settings to confirm whether your MX records are pointing to the Everyone.net servers.

To offer , the MX record in your DNS file should be set to:

    jerlene.net. IN MX 0 sitemail.everyone.net.

You can check your mx record with the command host -t mx jerlene.net
at the moment your mx is pointing to the domain jerlene.net
    jerlene.net mail is handled by 0 jerlene.net.

You need to repoint this to sitemail.everyone.net.

Do you know what DNS server you are using and i can tell you how to do it ?

If it's your own host, like if you use Cpanel, you can change the MX setting. It's under Mail Exchange or something like that.

There's no "Mail Exchange" anywhere. I have "Mail" and "Webmail" and I looked in those but i'm not sure if there's anything in it that's for this.
