Nameserver issue

I have a server which has 90 domains in it. All domains have
    ns1.***.com
    ns2.***.com
    as their name server.
And those ns1 and ns2 points to that servers ip.

Now i have another server and i will move 30 domains and ***.com to the new server. If ns1.***.com points to the new server ip and ns2.***.com points to the old server ip, will 90 domains still continue working. Or i have to point ns1 & ns2 to the new server and register a new domain for the old server. And change all 60 domains nameserver as ns1.newdomain & ns2.newdomain

For moving some of the sites to another server which way do i have to choose?

    Thanks for your replies...

The easiest way to do it would be to make an ns3.xxxxx.com and an ns4.xxxx.com. That is the best way to do it. If you are moving a bunch of sites and have any sort of control panel, most of them will do it for you with a simple transfer feature.

no it wont work , instead you can edit the dns records on old server to make the sites you want to move to point to new server instead of changing NS records at registrar
