NameServer failing - 3rd Occurance

    Hey guys,

    I am trying to figure this out.

    Go to http://proxysites.ca and you will see that there is a problem loading it. I believe it is a name server problem but I can not tell.

    I have restarted the server and restarted apache but I can not figure it out.

    Can you please help?
