    Hi,
I requested for my dns and pointed it to a new web host. The change has initiated when i searched for it at the dns section of who.is using my domain. I have also moved my files from the old host to the new webhost.

But the problem i have now is that i can make changes to my domain name from my old host cpanel and it will show. But when i make changes to my domain from my new web host cpanel it will not show up.

Nameserver changes can take up to 3 days before they are fully propagated throughout the Internet despite what a WHOIS request might say.

AssistantX is correct and this is nothing to worry about. While most people will see the files on the new web host in a matter of a few hours, for some it can take up to three days. This is perfectly normal.

You need to wait for a few hours for the new server to show up. You might have to flush your local DNS cache to see the new nameservers
