    I recently Purchased a LLLL.com registered at namescout.com from a DP member at this thread - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=6680762

When I was trying to login my account today I got this error message

Your account has been put on hold, please contact customer service.

When I contacted them about this issue this is what they replied

The domain mhwz.com was purchased through Pool.com fraudulantly. Pool.com has advised us of this and we have put the account on hold.

I again replied them several times what to do NOW!! BUT they are not replying to any of my emails..

Kindly advise what should I do now!

Hmm . . not entirely sure . . but it seems as though they think that the name wasn't aquired in a fair way (perhaps by the user who sold it to you) and Pool.com became aware of it and forced NameScout to put a hold on the name.

I'm not sure what you can do now (I haven't been in a situation like this) . . . but it looks very slim like you will get your name back because it was gotten in a fraudulent manner even if it wasn't your fault.

namescout is owned by pool.com. You didn't purchase the domain from pool or namescout, you purchased it from someone who they say purchased it fraudulently - meaning they might have used a stolen credit card or something else that violated their TOS.

Your recourse is really against the person on DP who sold it to you. Not sure what you can do since they were banned, but depending on how you paid for the domain, you might try to charge that payment back. Namescout isn't going to release the domain to you unless they get paid.
