Can one get into trouble for using domain names with "hoo" at the end of them. Example...there's a fishing search engine called FishHoo! that's been around for awhile with seamingly no problem.

I have YuckHoo.com and made a joke search engine, am I walking a thin line by using this domain?

There's always that "confusingly similar" argument, although if I was YaHoo I won't want to argue that their name is similar to a name with the word "yuck" in it.:D

I really doubt that there could be any trouble with FishHoo.

I doubt you would have any problems. Such an issue would be a very long stretch indeed.

With the unanimous Go-Ahead you have received, you should probably go ahead and reg digitalpointhoo.com :D

I haven't heard any, but there's been domain disputes where if a domain name is confusingly similiar to another, there could be a small problem. But it looks like I might be OK....thanks for the input
