The two things are different. PPC (adsense): earn by placing ads in your website. PTC - paid to click, by clicking ads and visiting websites. Search for 'adsense alternatives' to know more about the first option (example: cpmads, cpxinteractive, project wonderful, blogads, branchr, underdog media, openx, etc.). For second option search for 'paid to click programs' one site that I can remember immediatey is neobux.com.
