namecheap whois problem

I bought a few domains from namecheap, all of them appear in my account, no whoisguard is active, but for whois appears only the namecheap contact data instead of my contact details. For about 2 weeks I'm trying to get this fixed, but no results yet.

Any ideea what could be wrong?

Yes, I rechecked them, they are correct.

What I just found is that when you do a query using enom whois (enom is the registrar of namecheap), the data is showing corectly, but the whois.sc or any other whois serivice is showing the namecheap contact instead of my data.

 

I wouldn't be too concerned dude. I've seen old whois data for a number of my domains.

 

Some of my domains show 2 year old data on whois.sc. Since Namecheap uses enom, if the enom record is updated, you wont have any problems. Forget abt the whois, and have a good sleep.
