If you do not already have an enom reseller account, they can be very expensive. You can always opt for Namecheap.com who is an enom reseller which does a good job. So far I have no problem with them.

GoDaddy is okay. In the end, it is hard to say what is good or not. GoDaddy however have a lot of add-on services which you could buy.

Namecheap on the other hand, in my opinion, is a lot neater and easier to use. But that is just a personal preference.

Namecheap is easier to transfer compared to godaddy.
However, all .com transfers now require EPP codes which is a hassle.

GoDaddy is good at one thing and that is domain names. They are not exactly good as a web host.

Well, I think GoDaddy domain name transfer is a tat bit more complicating because you need the buyer to give you all his details like name, address, contact number and email address before you can push the domain name while with Namecheap, you just need the other party's username and that's all you need. Of course, the EPP Codes is needed.

However, if you do not have an existing Namecheap or GoDaddy account, you can create one for free.

Although not an issue, GoDaddy does have a list of restricted countries in which it would not deal with http://help.godaddy.com/article.php?article_id=219&topic_id=&& while Namecheap does not have that restriction.

eNom has a very robust domain management interface and free API. But if you are more of a domainer and not looking to be a domain reseller, eNom is probably not for you.

The same management tools are available at BulkRegister.com which is geared more toward large portfolio owners who buy directly for their clients or their own account.

Unlike GoDaddy - which is more retail focused with lots and lots of upsells before you can actually purchase a domain - BulkRegister is professionally focused for internet professionals. Check them out!

Namecheap rocks, I like its simple and nice interface.
Godaddy keeps on giving offers before coming to final checkout, but ofcourse the offers are great.

    Go for namecheap..
