    Hey, i am from Bangladesh. I have an unverified paypal account. Can i use this unverified paypal account to renew my domain on namecheap? If yes, then please help me.

    If PayPal supports Bangladesh and you don't have any active sending limits on your account, you should be able to do this.

    no u cannot but u can hire someone with a verified paypal account and give him a minimum $1-$2 for this work.

    It would be better to use verified paypal to avoid problems from paypal also
