Long story short, I tried to transfer a domain to namecheap 1 week ago. I sent in three separate tries for the same domain, since I was not receiving my EPP code in the e-mail as promised. Namecheap's policy is "Risk Free transfer. Your money credited back to your account if transfer is not successful for any reason." So, I put in a support ticket about a day later to request a refund. No answer (1 week later). So, I posted on their forum last night. No answer, and they deleted the post: google.com/search?q=site%3Anamecheap.com+chargeback Their charge back policy is pretty clear about this. I won't lose the other domains hosted with them. Although if they do steal my other domains, what options do I have to protect myself from namecheap?
