namecheap and custom name servers?

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but domain names also didn't seem like the proper place.

Anyways i just ordered new hosting, and the host sent me the user account info, and the name servers are actually my domain name.

The problem is is that i don't know how to set these up via namecheap. usually with name servers i just get the host's ns info and input it at namecheap.

is there a special way to do this via namecheap and cpanel when my own domain is the name server?

The host sent me the ip addy's also. But again i've never done this so im completely lost.

    thanks.

Once you login into your namecheap account, click on Manage Domains on the top menu.

You will then see your domain name list and check the box for the domain name that you wish to edit and click on Edit selected button.

Then, take a look at the left menu where it says Advanced Option and click on the menu Nameserver Registration.
