name your price design contest

hi

i need a unique hosting design (only one page psd) for my client who will be buying a domain soon as they have a site to put on it. they do not have a set price for this so please name your price as they will be looking for a design that is affordable (i stress affordable!) but well designed.

the contest is set for 7 days but may be extended if none of the designs appeal to them, will give feedback directly to you from my client. also dont forget to watermark your designs

design needs to be clean, not flashy, easy on the eyes and userfriendly. Colors and layout style is up to you, be creative. be free to use stock images but be sure to own the images or have a link to where the image can be bought included.

planned menu to be used for this design will be:

header menu:
home, shared hosting, reseller hosting, master reseller, VPS/Dedicated, support, designs

footer menu:
T.O.S., A.U.P ,careers ,partners, links, specials

in the event the client does not find anything affordable or something they like, they wish to offer all participants free permanent adspace on their other site for your time and hardwork which will be discussed via email directly to my client which will be given after there are no more entries

note if you do not wish to enter or do not agree with my clients contest, keep it to yourself and please do not post in my thread

must come with fonts, images, psd and any links to the stockphotos!

my client reviewed it and stated his comments below:

please note anyone caught using a company(i.e. template monster) for the design will be rejected/not considered at all due to copyright infringement. the examples given were placed there to get a general idea of what my client was seeking and not there to copy or try to recreate then claim as own

 

I had talked via PM to the contest holder. I asked him if $150 was in his budget and told me it was 15x the amount he was willing to pay and got offended (and gave me negative reputation on a post I made elsewhere (??)) when I told him that the amount was far too low for a unique template. Be aware designers.

it is not my budget this is based on, it is my clients. he does not have a set budget but he does want an affordable design. mind you i have been through other threads here with those who offer anything from $10+ for a design so i think that my client will be able to find something reasonable with a design.

that is why i gave you negative rep. i have been scammed on this forum already so you saying designers beware is very offensive because i nor any of my clients are here to scam people as again i stated my client is paypal verified just as well and that if he did not find a design that he would offer adspace etc so designers dont feel that they wasted there time. maybe you should read my full thread before assuming the worst of people.

 

I'm sure you can find yourself someone who can do this for $15. The only reason I am posting is because many people here who may work on this job may also think that "name your price" means more than $15 (only because it's the norm to get more than that for a unique webpage design). I really wouldn't bother replying but you have to expect it after giving me negative rep for no reason and expecting me to be hush about it. I don't mean to shit the thread up but please don't make me look like the bad guy when you're the one who is misleading saying that we are to name our price.
