Can anyone see a problem with a domain name with "kik" in it Eg: kikmybro.com.
The site would be based around the kik messaging service.
Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

With a domain like KikMyBro.com that's based around the kik messaging service, than yes, there would be a problem.

It depends on how litigious Kik is, or might be in the future.

If you can make a buck instantly and aren't building a long term business then it's possibly worth the gamble.

I would also agree, that sounds like a TM problem. Kik already has a TM on that name associated with their service. Therefor, if the name has Kik in it and contains anything related to their services, it's a TM violation.

Just because you are promoting or utilizing their services, you are still breaching their trademark without permission.
Email KIK and ask them. That will be the only answer that counts.
