Name Payee Information Mistaken

Hi, just checked out my adsense info and I found out that I misspelled my Payee name. Is this ok when they send me the payment?

 

No cause banks might not accepte it...a risk you should NOT take.

Contact google and see what they say.

Your payee name spellings must match with your bank account name. Even if you use WU, your name must be identical to your NID card because at WU center, you will be required to prove your identity.

My name involves using the letter 'ć', and many websites don't accept that character when registering.
Many people use letter 'c', but i don't know if they get paid.

What do you think? Will i be able the cash my cheque? I have been receiving payments via WU using the c-replacement before without any problems.

 

The best way is to register another account if you aren't living in US

thats really risky, you have to contact them so that they can help you. the adsense support can fix your problem

 

ok if you from USA then it doesn't matter, most of USA bank take the check even though name is little bit wrong. now i would suggest you change your payee name. how to change payee name? maybe this like help you. here

 

Better play it safe than sorry. Put a stop to the cheque to be issued by google 1st.

Write in to google, and see what the response is.
