I remember coming across a forum where young internet entrepreneurs would pitch their ideas for new websites to each to get backers. It's not KickStarter. It's someplace perhaps older but the name escapes me. Anyway, if you know of any popular forums like that, toss it out here and I'll see if that's the one I remember. Thanks!
