Name.com Unlock Domain Problem

    I've a new name reg there
    But I cannot modify the name servers probably due to locked
    I fail to find the yellow padlock, and the lock status is left blank.

    Anyone experiences the same issue?

    It seems that they have technical problems now. I tried to register domain, they withdraw money but no domain in my account..

    Namecheap has technical problems about registering too..

    The lock has nothing to do with not being able to change the name servers all the lock does is keep the domain name from being transfered to another registrar.

    Also they are having problems right now so just wait it out and you will be able to change them soon, if you are still unable to change them within 24 hours from now I suggest that you contact there support devision as it may be a glitch that has not been found.
